Coaching is a great complement to Agile Training. Working closely with your teams we can ensure that the teams use the Agile practices effectively. We look at all aspects of delivering the product including strategy, architecture, iterative delivery, tools and build systems, and customer engagement. We can start with kicking-off a new project or work with a project in progress.
Training
We have a number of workshops to bring Agile skills to your teams. Using a hands-on, interactive approach these workshops start with the motivations for Agile through to practical examples of using Agile in your teams.
Leading Change
Looking beyond the development teams to the rest of the organization we can introduce and implement Agile across the wider business – whether that be to a couple of teams or the entire organization. We can help with documenting the Agile processes, provide training plans, and tool selection and deployment.
Project Assessments & Recovery
We can assist you with understanding the current state of your processes and projects. Based on interviews, observation and study of project artifacts we deliver risk analysis and mitigation strategy recommendations. Follow-up support is also available to carry through on the recommendations.
